AGREEMENT OF CHANGE OF SIDE
THIS AGREEMENT OF CHANGE OF SIDE (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this ______ day of October, 2015, by _______________________, to be referred to as Changer. Changer may assign his interest in the Contract; however, Changer shall remain primarily liable under the Contract.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Changer is the fee simple owner of certain outdated points of view in Illinois, commonly known as White Sox Fan or another lesser team name, _________________________. It is legally described as an erroneous yet understandable option borne of many years of neglect and misinformation given by generations of hateful discourse given to their North Side relatives and friends.
WHEREAS, North Side Fan desires to convey to Changer, and Changer desires to obtain from North Side Fan, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the fair weather ability to cheer wholeheartedly for the Chicago Cubs.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rubbing it in. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Changer will for the period of one full year refrain from smart a** comments concerning any North Side Team, no matter their record. There shall be no permitted “Permitted Exceptions”.
